Am I the only one who sleeps less before races ? Last night i woke up irrationally worrying that my groin strain/pulled muscle might prevent me from running the 8km race tomorrow and half marathon (my first) next weekend..........then that I would catch my daughter's flu and not be able to race. Three members of my five member half marathon team are down with it at the moment too !The truth is I have run 3 long practice runs with the same strain without a problem, once it heats up it's gone ?
Some hobby ?
